Teamlead IT
MoveYou is a mobility platform that digitally connects almost all forms of transport, including gas stations, parking providers, charging points for electric vehicles, and various public transport options. Our mission is to encourage people to travel more sustainably without compromising on comfort, while promoting a greener and more environmentally friendly future. Our technology simplifies switching from one mode of transport to another, with access and payment centralized through the MoveYou platform.
MoveYou is looking for an engaged and charismatic leader / IT Team Lead who not only understands what our scale-up organization does but is also capable of tapping into its untapped potential. We are not looking for a hardcore programmer, but someone with the right soft skills to elevate MoveYou to the next level. Are you in?
What will you do?
- Leading, motivating, and guiding a team of IT professionals, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing support and feedback.
- Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with overarching business objectives, including identifying opportunities for process improvement and technological innovation.
- Managing IT projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Providing technical expertise and support to the team with complex issues, escalations, and decision-making regarding technological solutions and architecture.
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including aligning IT initiatives with organizational needs and communicating progress and results to management.
- Ensuring the operational efficiency of IT systems and processes, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations, security standards, and best practices in IT management and governance.
What we ask for
- Strong leadership skills to effectively lead, motivate, and guide a team of IT professionals.
- Knowledge and experience in IT systems, architecture, and technologies, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and make strategic technological decisions.
- Proven experience in successfully managing IT projects, including drafting project plans, managing resources, monitoring progress, and resolving project-related issues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and to align IT initiatives with organizational needs.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly and effectively identify, analyze, and solve complex technical problems, as well as the ability to proactively anticipate potential issues and risks.
