Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you will:
- Regularly communicate with customers, translating their needs into clear and actionable plans while keeping the end-user’s goal in mind.
- Ensure that all stakeholders feel heard and valued.
- Manage the product backlog and set the right priorities so the development team can work efficiently.
- Clearly explain requirements so the development team knows exactly what is expected.
- Be available to answer questions and collaborate closely to achieve the best possible results.
- Identify dependencies and adjust priorities to meet goals.
- Prepare sessions with software developers to define issues clearly and streamline the process.
- Work closely with the development team, project manager, and development manager.
- Receive content input from the project manager and be empowered by the development manager. Together, the three of you will lead the development team.
- Take full ownership of planning and managing JIRA.
What we ask for
- HBO/WO (Bachelor’s or Master’s) level of thinking and working
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with JIRA
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Strong social and communication skills
- Eager to learn and quick to adapt to new knowledge

- Salary: €3,500 – €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience
